Service Description

Thank you for your interest in attending the six-month Cosmetology Instructor Program at The Charm Academy. This program is designed for applicants who are ready to obtain their Cosmetology Instructor License by the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. The Curriculum for the instructor program focuses on state board written and practical exam preparation, employment of classroom management, teaching styles and designing successful curriculums. Cosmetologist Instructors perform demonstrations for cleansing, styling, cutting, weaving, extensions, locking, braiding, nail services, waxing, facial w/o machines, coloring, permanent waving, relaxing, and chemical treatments. Must be licensed as a cosmetologist for one year prior to entering the program.
